WOD 1

Max reps Dead Lift: Both team mates will lift the bar together, strategy is up to the team. Ladder will include 4 stations; 400/500/600/700 pounds. 45 sec to lift as many times, 30 sec rest. Max burpees once team no longer does deadlift, in the remaining time.

WOD 2

8 min. AMRAP

Guy starts on 10 burpee pull ups while gal waits for guy to finish then completes 5 push jerks (110)  only one person moving at a time, switch and guy's weight is 145. Count all reps completed in 8 min. (Novice weight is 85 gal/115 guy).

Floater WOD:

Max height box jump. Team has 6 min. to establish height. Do overs fine.

Take Note:

Floater WOD must be done by 1:30.

 WOD 3:

12 min AMRAP: 60 power cleans 135/95, 30 HSPU, 60 back squats  same weight, 30 muscle ups. Novice weights 115/85, 15 HSPU 1 abmat allowed, 60 back squats,10 muscle ups. (Bar muscle ups allowed for girls in Novice).

Don't be surprised if there is a secret WOD!
